Three days in Switzerland so far and it’s been packed full of adventure! These are day one pics for now. Took a 3-hour train ride to Interlaken immediately after flying overnight from the USA and landing in Zürich at 7am. Dropped off my backpack at the hotel and then took another train, the Eiger Express gondola, and one more train to Jungfraujoch, known as the Top of Europe (europe’s highest railway station). There, I got to walk on a glacier, walk through an ice palace (I found Scrat from Ice Age!), and see some breathtaking views! Oh, and check out the pic of the Eiger ⛰️😍

So grateful to be here and in awe of this scenery.

Who doesn’t love a jumping pic? Still had energy to do this at high elevation after traveling ~15 hours to get here on very little sleep 😵‍💫

Shokz gifted a pair of the brand new OpenRun Air 2 headphones to me, and I’ve been testing them out for the past couple of weeks. I’ve taken them on a couple of road runs and a couple of trail runs (both in near triple-digit temps), as well as while working from home.

The first thing I noticed is that there’s a reason why they’re called “Air!” These are so lightweight and when I wear them, I don’t even feel them on! I like the mini version of the OpenRun headphones because they fit closer to my head than the standard ones. When comparing them to the OpenRun Pro 2, they both sound good to me and you can customize both in the Shokz app. The physical buttons and charging are also the same. I think the battery is supposed to last a little longer with the OpenRun Pro 2 (12 hours) than the OpenRun Air 2 (10 hours), but I haven’t had to charge them since the initial charge. The waterproof rating is different between the two but they work when I’m sweating bullets in the Texas summer heat, so thats good enough for me!

You can check the specs on the Shokz website and even do a comparison between headphones if you want more specific details. The biggest standout for me is the weight of them and the fact that I don’t feel them on even when wearing a visor and sunglasses.
