If eating once a day, salads for meals, and only eating snacks works for weight loss, it would’ve worked by now!
I can’t tell you how many people come to me eating once a day.
How many come to me not eating until 3pm, and it being something quick followed by a bunch of snacks.
How many come to me wondering why their one protein shake a day hasn’t led to any weight loss.
That’s because a deficit isn’t just a vibe or a thing you do sometimes.
It requires monitoring, accuracy, and consistency. The second you’re guessing, that’s the second your deficit isn’t a deficit.
Before you claim the deficit doesn’t work, ask yourself if you’re actually in one in the first place!
Stop spending everyday wishing things were different!
No one cares that you’re recording in the gym unless you bring an entire production crew!
Recording yourself in the gym is NORMAL.
You don’t have to bring a tripod or anything, the goal is only to be able to have something to look back on!
You’ll never know what to fix if you don’t have anything to examine or dissect.
Even if you’re doing a set and you’re thinking “something feels off”, record it so you can see exactly what’s going on that needs fixing!
You’ll also thank yourself when you make a ton of progress and have videos to look back on!
Don’t be afraid to record in the gym, EVERYONE does it!
If you’re entire protein goal is consumed of protein products, I know you aren’t tracking all your macros.
Why? Because if you were tracking all your macros, you would see the breakdown of all those protein products and realize they actually aren’t that great in terms of hitting your macros.
A product will say “40g of protein” but in really small letters it will say “in the entire package”
But people don’t understand that They see protein and add it to the shopping cart. Not realizing, one serving only has 8 grams of protein.
Get your protein from FOOD! Fill the gaps in with protein products. But your diet should NOT consist of only protein products.
And if you’re a vegan, crack open them chickpeas idk 😭
