Currently, I have been given the opportunity to help build a business on a property that has 50 acres of land. What does the Rodes experience look like?

I have a homestead being occupied and a Covered Arena. The owner is looking to rebrand the business where he currently is boarding horses. Looking for suggestions on Rodeo events, Workshops, and Informational classes. What competitions would want that have never been offered? What else can we do that is not being done? Let us know!!!!
