There is a difference between workingout and training. When you workout you just go and get your sweat, you feel good Bc you burned the calories you ate over the weekend or whatnot. When you train, you have a goal and that goal is your motivation. You work hard and go the extra mile, you push harder and harder every training session, itβs a competition against you and what you were able to do on your previos training ...
