A Hard-Fought Battle: Recap of the Gold Medal Game 🏅

What an intense showdown it was in the gold medal game as our Army team faced off against the Air Force! After an electrifying start and a neck-and-neck battle throughout, the Air Force managed to secure the win in a game that kept us all on the edge of our seats.

Coach Parker shared his thoughts on the game: "We started strong, but credit to the Air Force for their incredible adjustments in the second half. It's on me to put our players in the best positions to have an impact on the game. Winning gold isn't easy, especially in such a competitive landscape where every team brings their A-game when playing against the Army. We put in the work and were honored to have had the opportunity to compete to win three consecutive gold medals.”

The main challenge this year was integrating the team into a cohesive unit. With six new additions to the roster and just one player returning with over two years of experience at the Armed Forces level, our focus was on building synergy and teamwork among the squad.

The competition among the services has undeniably intensified, and despite the tough loss, our team remains determined and hungry for the next challenge. Huge props to Coach Hollins and Coach Daniel for their incredible work. They had that team focused and ready to compete.

This offseason, we're gearing up, working harder on and off the court. Stay tuned for more updates as we prepare to bounce back stronger! 💪🏼🔥

Congratulations to the All-Army Women’s basketball team on a great Armed Forces basketball Tournament. The team finished the round robin tournament 5-1 before falling to the AF in the championship game.

Our Men’s team had a slower start but were able to end strong with a win over the USMC in the final round of the round robin and the AF in the 3rd and 4th place game.

Already looking forward and recruiting for the 2024 tournament!!!
