We want to welcome Preston Martinez to the Chaos Family! Preston is a RHP from San Antonio, TX and will be attending Kansas State next fall after dominating at Dyersburg St CC the last two seasons. Preston is a quick twitch sidearm pitcher who sits in the low-90s with a devastating slider. The sky is the limit for Preston and we are excited to see his development with our programming!

‼️Nutrition for Baseball Players‼️
Baseball is a physically demanding sport that requires a high level of energy output. As a result, baseball players need to eat a sustainable healthy diet in order to maintain their energy levels to perform at their best.
A good nutrition plan for baseball players should focus on the following:
❌Carbohydrates: Carbohydrates are the body's main source of energy, and baseball players need to consume plenty of them to FUEL their workouts and games. Good sources of carbohydrates include whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and pasta.
❌Protein: Protein is essential for muscle growth and repair, and baseball players need to consume enough protein to support their training. Good sources of protein include lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, and dairy products.
❌Fat: Fat is an important nutrient for the body, but baseball players should focus on consuming healthy fats from sources such as nuts, seeds, and olive oil.
Note: Consuming an adequate amount of protein is great for muscle growth and recovery. Carbs and Fats are used for FUEL. Use them wisely!

Jaydan Martinez is joining us from San Antonio,Texas as he is finishing his 4th season coaching. Originally from Denver, CO Jaydan attended Johnson High School in San Antonio, Texas where he was a Left Handed Pitcher for the Jaguars. Later went on to attend Wofford College, Dyersburg State CC and lastly finishing his career at Nicholls State University.
Jaydan is Driveline certified and will be handling Pitching and Arm Care.

We want to welcome Connor Bloomer to the Chaos Family! Connor is a 2B from Kerville, TX and plays on the Top 15 Nationally Ranked team LBC National. Connor is a twitchy athlete who has the potential to be a legit 2B. The left-handed stick has potential to have lethal bat speed in the near future. Connor is a true toolsy player and we are excited to see his development within our program!
