Same person.
Two completely different lives.

One picture… I’m 100 pounds heavier.
High blood pressure.
Depression.
Anxiety.
Not singing.
Not living.
Just surviving.

And if I’m being real…
I was surrounded by people who kept me there.

Toxic environments.
Toxic relationships.
People pleasing for almost 20 years.

I didn’t just look different…
I thought different.

Fast forward to today
strong, lean, confident, mentally healthy, aligned. 🌊💪🏼

But here’s what most people miss:

It wasn’t just the workouts.
It wasn’t just the food.

It was the SHIFT 🧠✨

The moment I stopped:
❌ pouring into people who drained me
❌ shrinking to fit into spaces I’d outgrown
❌ choosing comfort over growth

And started:
✔️ protecting my energy
✔️ changing my environment
✔️ getting intentional with my choices (yes even the small ones like alcohol + nutrition)

Because that’s where it starts…

Yesterday we talked about drinking 🍸
and choosing protein before it 🍗

That’s not just a nutrition tip
that’s a mindset.

That’s you saying:
“I care about my future self more than this moment.”

And THAT same mindset is what changes everything.

Your body will not go where your mind and environment won’t support it.

So if you feel stuck…
look around.

Who are you around?
What are you tolerating?
What are you choosing daily?

Because this transformation didn’t start in the gym…

It started with a decision 💡

Sometimes the heaviest workouts have nothing to do with the body. 🧠

There are seasons where the mind is carrying more than usual.

Moments where your thoughts feel louder, your emotions feel deeper, and simply getting through the day feels like work. 😔

In those moments, strength looks different. 🫂

Strength is giving yourself permission to slow down.

Strength is breathing through the waves instead of fighting them.

Strength is allowing your nervous system to feel what it needs to feel without judgment.

Healing the mind isn’t about rushing past hard emotions.

It’s about honoring them, sitting with them, and trusting that every moment of awareness is building resilience.
