We are excited to announce an opening for an in-house lease on Royal Rubina ‘Ruby’, owned by ! As Elle prepares to head off to college this summer, she is looking for the perfect rider to continue Ruby’s journey. Ruby is the ultimate partner—consistently easy, fun to ride, and requires absolutely no prep! DM or text for more details!
As a farm owner and barn/herd manager, has had her share of medical work to learn the best tips and tricks! Here’s one of her favorite tips for those hard to dispense oral medications! Take your syringe and pop a hole in the seal to easily draw out the liquid when the bottle is upside down - you won’t even spill a drop! PS: pop the hole close to the edge so when the medication runs low, you can be sure to get all of it by tilting the bottle!

This weeks horse to meet is Luigi! Luigi has a lot of fun competing in the jumper ring and being a favorite in the lesson program. He also loves making soup with his alfalfa and water buckets!

Last weekend the BE team had a great time at Spellbound! Now we’re in full prep for the NTHJC end of year in Tyler!
Highlights:
✨ Brooklynn and “Dun Deal” were Reserve Champions in the WT poles
✨Amelia and “Paint the Town” had nice trips in the WTC X rails
✨ Finley and “Just Ice for Me” also had nice trips in the WTC X rails
✨ Evie and “Albert’s Pride of Jewel” competed in the 18” for one of their last times together 🖤
✨ Kaylin and “Fashionista” stepped back into the 18” ring for their second time together and looked fabulous
✨ Evie and her new partner “Generaal” marched around the 2ft like pros for their first show together
✨ Elliot and “Still Dreaming” took home Champion in the 2’3 hunter and had some nice rounds in the 2’6
✨ Kate and “Mooreland’s Misty” competed in both the 2’3 and for the second time ever 2’6
✨ Lillie and “Crusader” layed down some great rounds for top placings in the 2’6 hunter
✨ Hadley and “Straight Outta Jersey” grabbed Champion in the Pre-greens and also competed in the 2’6 hunter and eq
✨ Sarah and “Kanadian Club” earned Reserve Champion in the Ch/Ad 2’9 as well as nice rounds in the Pre-green and 2’6 hunter
✨ Bethany and “Long Story Short” competed in the .40m jumpers for the first time
✨ Mallory and “Ricky Bobby” grabbed some top ribbons in the .70m
✨ Maddie and “HX Jackpot” competed in the .70m and took the win in the classic
✨ Tess and “Danzig Dan” also competed in the .70m with a nice rounds and a win
✨ Reagan and “Luigi” were right behind Maddie with 2nd in the .70m classic
✨ Skylar and “Crusader” popped around the .70m for their first time in the jumpers and had a lot of fun
✨ Elsa and “Bello Love” jumped around the .70m and were very consistent in their rounds
✨ Carys and “Long Story Short” came home with Reserve Champion in the .70m

Our next horse to meet is “Paramount,” aka Charley. Charley has been loved at Blackstone Equestrian for over 10 years, and has had such a huge impact on so many riders. Also featured is Collin, Charley’s partner in crime, who is owned by our beloved Carly. Fun fact, Charley is half blind and still rocking it!

Blackstone team had a nice weekend at NTHJC Wagon Wheel!! We enjoyed the slightly cooler weather and our girls were laying down some really good rounds with great riding!! Thank you to all of our amazing families and trainers who make these fun shows possible!
🍂 Highlights 🍂
🖤 Elliot and “Still Dreaming” competed in the 2’3” with top placings including Reserve Champion in the hunters, and stepped up to the 2’6” grabbing some more ribbons! They also rode in Elliot’s first ever derby and we are so proud of their progress!!!
🖤 Lillie and “Crusader” competed in the 2’3” with top placings including 2nd in the medal, and they also rode in Lillie’s first derby!! We can’t wait to see how these two finish out the year!
🖤 Sarah and “Kanadian Club” had a big weekend competing in the Pre-greens, Jr/Am 2’6”, and Ch/Ad 2’9”, and had top placings throughout the weekend including 1st in both the Pre-green and 2’6” under-saddles, also taking Reserve Champion in Jr/Am 2’6”!! They had a nice round in the derby just missing the callback!
🖤 Brooklynn and “Dun Deal” competed in the WT poles and WTX-rails with some great rounds grabbing Reserve Champion in the poles division!
🖤 Natasha and “Chiquita” competed in the Jr/Am 2’6” hunter and eq almost making the medal work off callback until the last rider bumped her out! We love watching this pair figure each other out and can’t wait to keep cheering them on!!
🖤 Maya and “The Fox Said What” competed in the puddle jumpers showing so much improvement and had some great rounds!! Very happy for this dou and we love to see all the peices coming together!
🖤 Evie and “Albert’s Pride of Jewel” competed in the Short Stirrup division taking home Reserve Champion in the Eq after a win on the flat!! We’ve loved watching this pair grow together and they have made so many sweet memories to cherish!
