!!Note: these box jumps are a rare item in the golf season for my athletes (who are some of the longest and best ball-strikers out there)
I think the Right player, in the Right part of the season, in the Right rep range, can get more power from the lower body with box jumps.
Not EVERY golfer should be doing these... which might be you. So be wise. .
