Ok TSX Fam!

The Oktoberfest menu was a success, and we thank everyone who tried it all through this Oktoberfest season- much love.

This week, we're gonna shift gears into some breakfast/brunch/lunch territory and bring back our beloved CHORIZO for a spin!

MENU FOR 10/31:

Breakfast/Brunch- starts at 9am (will be served all day or until runs out)

LOADED EGG CUP - 2 scrambled eggs, with your choice of RED or GREEN chorizo and choice of a la carte toppings to round it off $5

Lunch - (starts at 11am)

STREET TACOS - A choice of our Mexican Roja Chorizo or our Toulca style Chorizo Verde (yes, you can have both, it comes 4 to an order) with a list of toppings to pick from (pickled jalapeno, pickled onion, cilantro, onion, cumin crema, pico de gallo, Cotija cheese, salsa) 10$

Big thx and shout to all who came to us for a German Oktoberfest dinner last night at Burleson Farmers Market ! Your feedback was amazing, and we appreciate everyone of you!

To answer a reoccurring question from last night, the answer is yes, we are in the process of creating a handmade German Frankfurter/hot dog, as we dont believe in reselling gross store bought ones. We're tweaking the recipe to give yall the best. We'll let you know when its ready!

We're bringing back our Oktoberfest menu from last week, due to its popularity, to share with y'all.

- TSX Signature Hickory smoked Serrano Polish Kielbasa on a stick w/ cheddar b**r cheese, and choice of side.

- TSX Original German Currywurst w/ spiced German curry ketchup and choice of side

- TSX Original Thuringer style German Rostbratwurst w/ German style sauerkraut and mustard, with choice of side.

- TSX Original Oma's Hackbraten aka German meatloaf w/ red w**e infused beef demi glace Jaeger sauce and choice of side.

Hey TSX fam!

We will be vending at Hillsboros's Oktoberfest on 10/3! Working on the menu at the moment.. so far, it will have:

- Berlin Style German Currywurst w/curry ketchup and side.

- Thuringer Style Rostbratwurst with mustard and sauerkraut

- Oma's Hackbraten w/ Jaeger sauce and a side

- unknown 4th item TBD. (We're thinking beef Kafta kabobs w/ Tzatziki sauce, but we'll let you know next week).

Its smaller than usual, because I dislocated a rib on Labor Day, and it's been slow to heal, lol..
