Looks like we have a winner here, the Chinese pork/shrimp dumpling sausage tester came out delicious, and I'll be bringing a limited run of 6lbs to the market tomorrow.

Working on a 🇨🇳 Chinese pork/shrimp dumpling sausage with green onion, garlic, and some other goodies. Should be ready for testing tomorrow, I'll let you know how it comes out.

This is a pork/beef combo that mixes the flavor profiles of both Germany (nutmeg, allspice) and Argentina (red wine, red pepper, fennel). Was designed specifically for the grill, and makes a nice addition to your cookout.
