If you want to get anywhere genuinely new, it will require that you, first, be completely present where you are. Do the pose with all of your heart and being until you become deeply connected to your experience of it, allowing the wisdom of your body to lead you. Be in awe of how this mentality suddenly becomes a total experience of yoga for you. Relaxing is what allows you to become wholly immersed and one with the pose.
