My first photoshoot booking through Airbnb today!

Now my favorite part - editing! I’m not a photography lighting expert in camera, so this is where I truly work to make my shots look the way I see them.

Rocket is half boxer and half German shepherd.

He sleeps like this. He’s that dedicated to showing his diversity.

Hot take - Weapons isn’t a great movie.

I can see how the concept could be seen as interesting for non-horror fans, but for those who see horror films regularly, even the poorest Conjuring film, The Devil Made Me Do It, does a better job with the “weapon” concept. It’s anything but original.

It’s overlong and slow. The Oscar winner doesn’t even show up until well into the second half of the film, and had a much more Oscar-worthy turn in Field of Dreams.

It feels like a b-grade old Netflix horror film and I’m shocked that it’s been so well received.

Today is the day.

We are unfortunately taking Linus to the vet to be put down. He just turned 14, and unfortunately his kidney disease is keeping toxins from flushing out of his system so he won’t eat anything no matter how creative we get.

When I was 7 years old, I got a dachshund as a birthday gift who I named Charlie since he was brown. That same day I said one day I’ll get a yellow lab and name him Linus.

Linus was the first family I had after my parents passed away back to back in their early 50’s. There will never be another dog like him.

We are taking Rocket so he can sniff him and know he’s gone. Thank you to my love Krystle Hays for helping make this smooth and loving transition.

hosted a special Hearts & Heroes picnic at ballpark in Frisco, TX, honoring their heart patients.

The event featured booths, fun field activities, delicious food, and appearances by special characters from Disney and Star Wars. Attendees also enjoyed the ECTO 1 from Ghostbusters.

This event provided a fun, stress free opportunity for patients to spend time with their amazing caregivers from Children’s.
