Lately, recovery has had to fit into our life - not become one more thing we have to find time for.
Iāve been using the DEXA+ Cordless Red Light Therapy Belt because I can literally put it on and keep going. It combines 660nm red light + 850nm near-infrared light to target both surface and deeper muscle/joint tissue, plus it has 3 levels of vibration for a little added massage.
It can be used around the back, waist, hips, glutes, arms, or thighs, so I especially love the idea of incorporating it into our post-workout recovery routine.

I waited 28 years for you Jonathan Carpenter. I am SO grateful to get to spend this birthday, and EVERY birthday for the next 50+ years, by your side.
I might run out of new pictures to post and new words to say, but my love for you grows day by day and every year that we get to celebrate your birth is another opportunity to reflect on what youāve accomplished this past year. You said āIāve celebrated a lot of birthdaysā, but you havenāt with me. Iām just getting started, honey.
This past year you held my hand as we brought our baby boy into this world, you elevated your career and landed a new role that you are WELL prepared for and deserving of, you cleaned our home incessantly, you took the baby out of the room countless nights to let me sleep, you started writing music again and produced some bangers, supported me through a job transition without showing a SECOND of fear or hesitation, and right now as I sit in our brand new home that looks half empty because itās so much bigger than our previous placeā¦ I give the credit to you and to Godā¦ because without you, we wouldnāt be here.
The life our children have because of you, the life I have because of youā¦ itās a testament to how youāve spent this past 365 days and all the days leading up to that. So for this past yearā¦ well done, my love. You are my hero, my best friend, my love, my inspiration, my role model, and my greatest achievement. š„
