If you’ve been here awhile, you know that in the last 1.5 years, my life has DRAMATICALLY turned around.

From a challenging upbringing, abusive relationships, multiple sexual assaults (including one resulting in pregnancy), being a single mom, stepping away from my business… to now: married, Mom-ing, thriving —

I can now look back and see how every thing I thought would break me, actually prepared me for this life. It developed my character. What seemed wrong or hard to me, what the enemy meant to destroy me, God used to mold me.

I wrote this song with that in mind. Hope you enjoy 😊

I recently celebrated my 30th birthday 🎉🥰

My best friend .hemby flew into town to celebrate with me and it was by far, the best birthday of my life 🥹

29 was the most special year for me. It was the year I got engaged, married, pregnant, welcomed my second son, and got promoted at my job.

29 was the year God gave me a family (both immediate and extended). I have been alone for too long.. but I will never be alone again. God heard my cries and answered.

I don’t expect this caption to go this way but for anyone who is in a season of waiting… for anyone who is crying out to the Lord… know that a little less than a year and a half ago, I was crying on my best friends porch asking her why I hadn’t met my husband, what was wrong with me, why God was holding me from the life I had been interceding for…

She hugged me and reassured me, and then the next day, I “met” my husband. God turned things around so quickly.

The 29th year of my life PIVOTED. Everything changed. 12 years of prayers - begging God for a husband and a family I felt welcome in, ANSWERED.

God is good. He knows what’s best for you. Trust Him.

Thank you Tessa for surprising me on my birthday.
Thank you Jonathan for giving me the love and life of my dreams.
Thank you MIORA for allowing me to grow in the Corporate industry.
But mostly, I thank God for sustaining me.

My Grandpa went to live with his bride and his Savior this weekend💔

It’s hard losing a family member, but he missed his Bride dearly and he’s reunited with her now so… I know he’s better off.

Loss hurts no matter what your religious beliefs are, but as a believer in God and His Word, I have peace knowing I’ll see him again. I’m looking forward to the conversations we’ll have in Heaven one day ❤️

4 WEEK TRANSFORMATION!!! By my client !!

The biggest factor in her transformation? EATING 👏🏻 MORE 👏🏻

Vicky was eating a lot less before (maybe around 1500/wk on average but that’s just a guess) and is now at 2000 calories in just a few short weeks of coaching.

Her metabolism is loving the fuel and her body is responding so well 😍

She’s a busy mom, works in retail, AND has a side hustle… and she’s making it happen with her workouts 3x a week and staying more and more consistent with her nutrition every single week. I’m so proud 🥲

Vicky is an online coach as well, so it meant a lot when she came to me looking for some accountability in her fitness journey. I myself have hired a trainer/nutrition coach when trying to get to the next level - even coaches need coaches!
