Heart-centered strategies for women reconnecting with their inner wisdom and aligning life with what matters most.

My work blends decades of leadership with a deep commitment to spiritual growth, helping people live with more peace, purpose and self-trust “My gift is to see through the chaos and find the clearest path forward.”

It is my deepest soul intention to share the joy and wisdom I've gained from study and a belief in a God of pure LOVE.

More women than ever are reaching a point where the life they built no longer feels like the whole story.

The career may still be working.
The responsibilities are still there.
From the outside, life may even look successful.

But inside, something begins asking for more.

More meaning.
More connection.
More room to become who you’re becoming now.

I think many women quietly enter their second act this way — not with a dramatic moment, but with a growing awareness that they don’t want to spend the next chapter of their life disconnected from themselves.

That’s one of the reasons I created the Transformation Game Experience.

It’s a thoughtful afternoon where women gather around tea, conversation, reflection, laughter, and the Transformation Game itself — a powerful process that often reveals patterns, possibilities, and deeper truths we’ve been too busy to hear.

Again and again, I watch women relax into honesty.
Into insight.
Into the relief of being fully themselves.

If part of you has been sensing that it’s time for a different kind of conversation about your life, I’d love to invite you to join us.

One of the things that surprises women most about the Transformation Game Experience is how quickly the conversation becomes real.

Someone shares something they’ve been carrying quietly for months.
Another realizes she’s been so focused on managing life that she hasn’t stopped to ask herself what she actually wants now.
Someone laughs and says, “I thought I was the only one feeling this way.”

And suddenly the room shifts.

That’s the power of creating intentional space away from the constant pressure to perform, respond, solve, and hold everything together.

The Transformation Game Experience isn’t about having all the answers.

It’s about giving yourself a few hours to reflect honestly, gain perspective, reconnect with yourself, and explore what matters most in this season of your life.

If that sounds like something you need right now, I’d love to have you join us.

Sometimes thoughtful women spend so much time responding to life that they rarely get the chance to pause and ask themselves what they need now.

The Transformation Game Experience creates space for that conversation.

A space to slow down.
Reflect honestly.
Reconnect with yourself.
And explore what matters most in this season of your life.

During our afternoon together, we’ll use the Transformation Game, reflective exercises, and meaningful conversation to create insight, perspective, and connection.

There’s usually laughter.
Often clarity.
And almost always the feeling of finally having room to hear yourself think again.

If you’ve been craving a little more space to breathe, think, reflect, and reconnect with yourself, I’d love to have you join us.

Sometimes beauty isn’t something we see.
Sometimes it’s something we finally have enough space to notice.

The softness in someone’s voice.
A peaceful moment at the end of the day.
The relief of laughter.
The comfort of being fully ourselves with people we trust.

I think many women are carrying so much responsibility, noise, and mental clutter that they rarely get the chance to slow down long enough to reconnect with what’s quietly trying to nourish them.

That’s one of the reasons I love creating spaces for reflection and real conversation through the Transformation Game Experience.

When we pause long enough to reconnect with ourselves, something begins to soften. We breathe differently. We listen differently. We notice differently.

And often, we begin to see beauty again.

I think many women are craving something deeper right now.

Room to breathe.
Room to think.
Meaningful conversation.
A chance to reconnect with themselves again.

So much of life asks us to keep moving, responding, solving, and carrying.

The Transformation Game Experience creates space to pause long enough to hear your own thoughts again.

To reflect.
To laugh.
To reconnect with what matters most now.

One of the things I love most about the Transformation Game Experience is watching women relax into real conversation.

The kind where you can finally slow down long enough to hear your own thoughts again.

During our afternoon together, we’ll use the Transformation Game, reflective exercises, and conversation to explore what matters most now.

There’s always insight.
Usually laughter.
Often, a few unexpected realizations.

And many women leave saying:
“I didn’t realize how much I needed this."

Many women don’t make a dramatic announcement when their definition of success changes.

They notice it quietly.

A full calendar feels less impressive than it used to.
The old goals don’t pull them forward in the same way.
They crave more meaning, more breathing room, more honest conversation.
They want their decisions to reflect who they are now.

This shift can be subtle, but it matters.

It often begins with a question:

What matters most now?

Sometimes a long weekend gives us something we don’t realize we’ve been needing.

A little more room to breathe.
A pause from the usual pace.

And in those quieter moments, we sometimes notice things we’ve been too busy to hear.

What’s energizing us.
What’s draining us.
What matters more than we’ve admitted.
What no longer fits the way it once did.

That’s one of the reasons I love facilitating the Transformation Game Experience. It creates space for meaningful conversation, reflection, perspective, and reconnecting with yourself in the middle of real life.

As we head into the final day of the holiday weekend tomorrow, I hope you find a few moments to truly exhale.

In honor of International Civility Awareness Month, I'd like to share my Civility Pledge, and Civility Quotient Assessment.

I created it in 2010 at a time of new, and growing incivility. I didn't dream it could/would get worse. But it has.

To me, civility is an inside job.

We can't judge others for their 'uncivil' words and actions, when we, perhaps in a different way, are ourselves behaving similarly.

Perhaps it's time for all of us to take a look in the mirror to see how we might contribute to more civility and compassion.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 asks your commitment to:
I pledge to behave with civility, treating myself and others with respect and consideration.
I pledge to show compassion & curiosity.
I pledge to be gracious, honest, authentic and wholly present – right here, right now.
I pledge to invite others to take the Pledge and to engage in intentional and civil conversations.

Simple, but not always easy.

Use this link to download the Pledge and the Assessment to gauge your level of civility.
