Most people will never see the work that happens before the doors open—but they will experience it.

We are the Room Set Up Team for the International Maxwell Conference, and our job is bigger than setting tables. We help set the stage for the experience.

Day One: 215 tables set.

Day Two: 220 tables coming up.

But the numbers don’t tell the real story.

The real story is a team that shows up, works together, pays attention to the details, and understands that excellence behind the scenes creates an experience out front.

Every table. Every chair. Every detail.

When attendees walk into the room, we want them to feel like someone prepared for them—because we did.

I couldn’t be prouder of this team.

We don’t just set up rooms. We help create the environment where transformation can happen.

One thing I have learned over the years is that productive leaders don't just make time to work.

They make time to think.

Some of my best ideas have come in moments when I intentionally stepped away from the noise and gave myself space to reflect.

As the week begins, I encourage you to create a few moments for uninterrupted thinking.

Clarity is often waiting on the other side of a pause.
