⚽✨ Childhood dream: UNLOCKED. ✨⚽

Little me would absolutely lose it right now. 🤯

I post a lot about triathlon and running, but soccer was my first sporting love ⚽️ ❤️ and I had the absolute best day yesterday with and 🤩🙏

This one’s for every kid who ever pretended to be in the World Cup in their backyard! 🥅

The biggest thank you to at for getting me all set up on this beautiful new ride for yesterday’s race simulation!

I may have dragged my feet a little bit on the registration process for 70.3 Little Elm, but it is going to be a great way to kick off the 2026 season and share the course with so many friends — because after all, this is what it’s truly about! I’ve met so many great people through this sport, and I think I would have major regret not lining up to share this inaugural event in our own community!

Here we go!

PS - check out the custom G>^v decal on my new ride made by my sister-in-law 🥰

Correction vs. encouragement came up in a conversation this week & made me think of this quote I’d seen before.
-
There are times when correction is necessary, but I also think there’s a great art to offering that correction in a way that’s productive.
-
As a teacher, my students often called me “strict but loving,” and it’s an approach I aim to take out of the classroom too.”
-
Who can you encourage today?

2024 brought me of the biggest challenge of my professional career: relaunching the IRONMAN U Coach Certification Course and Programming.
🏊‍♀️ 🚲 🏃‍♀️
-
It was a larger-than-expected project 😳 with numerous challenges, but seeing coaches post their final exam results and earned certifications going into the 2025 season makes me proud. 😃
-
There’s lots still to do (!!) but I am eager to further improve and develop the education available to triathlon coaches.
-
In Taupo, I had the opportunity to host a talk for athletes with guest speakers and . It felt like an excellent way to put some finishing touches on the year and the key contributions both of these legends made to the new course.
-
Additional special mentions go to and for DAILY communication to make this happen & all of our course contributors:
IRONMAN U Master Coach
Legends &
Course producer .tridot
Course host
