PSA! I will no longer offer classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays until further notice. This has been a awesome adventure serving for over a year and half teaching afrobeat fitness, however it is time to reinvent this part of my business. So until further notice I will no longer teach at the Alpha Midway Studio.

However I will offer group sessions of 2 or more at a discounted rate! Be on the lookout for something NEW and FRESH in the up and coming months!

This is not a goodbye, but there comes a time in business whereby reinvention is necessary!
