Overhead Dumbbell Press – 4 sets x 8-10 reps

1. Set Clear Goals
Decide what you want—fat loss, muscle gain, strength, endurance, or general fitness. Goals guide your training.

Don’t wing it. Use a proven workout program that aligns with your goals (e.g., push/pull/legs split, full body, etc.).
3. Be Consistent
Show up. Progress happens with regularity—3 to 6 times per week depending on your routine.
4. Focus on Form First
Proper technique prevents injury and helps you train the right muscles effectively.
5. Progressive Overload
Gradually increase weight, reps, or intensity to challenge your body and grow stronger over time.
6. Nutrition is Key
Eat according to your goal—protein for muscle, a calorie deficit for fat loss, balanced meals for overall health.
7. Track Your Workouts
Record sets, reps, and weights. It keeps you motivated and helps you track progress.
8. Prioritize Recovery
Sleep 7–9 hours, hydrate well, and take rest days. Muscles grow during rest, not in the gym.

Even if you're building muscle, some cardio helps heart health and stamina. Balance is key.
