While on your walk this week, stop and add a tree pose. This will help in balance & concentration.

Adventure of the Week: Save the Earth!
This week, try picking up trash in your neighborhood or park while you are going on a walk. This is a good way to help the Earth & exercise all at the same time.
Do some tummy crunches to help enhance those fine motor skills & planks with a tummy twist to use your obliques!

Adventure of the Week: Easter!
Use your muscles this week pretending to be the Easter bunny. You can hop, skip & hide and find eggs. The hopping will enhance fine motor skills. Try doing some chest presses to work you pectoralis muscles.

This week at SNG, we would have been using our muscles to make sure we are a Fitness Star. Now, more than ever, we encourage you as parents/care givers to exercise with your kids during this time of social distancing.
Try doing different activities with jumping to help with fine motor skills and bicep curls to keep those arms strong!
