Schedule from age of 4 till date until college years, some activities continues till date -

Sun temple-rest, makeup-1-1 private class, break no class after temple.
Mon school 1 sport in school or out.
Tues after school programs only.
Wed school 1 sport in school or out.
Thurs no class
Friday makeup up-to 1-1 private classes, or break-no class.
Sat 1 dance, any makeup or private class, break-no other

Exam time - we do not do any classes. we deliberately do not sign up in those days or miss all activities 1-2 days before exam days or sometimes only 1-1 private class as its once a week 1 hour. 1-2 activities usually we continue. If its 1 hour then sometimes we squeeze it for fun to get mental break from studies. Activities are great way to get a mental break from studies.

Holidays - depends if we are in town. Usually camps that can be completed within the holidays.

Sat-Sun - Tournaments, Competitions, Parties, Socials, Shows, Gigs, Family Fun Run & Shoots. Our friends are in same activities.

Family is pro-sports, high metabolism, body type because of multiple generations in these type of high activity, education and performing-arts pro and is extremely disciplined in high activity-diet plans.

This schedule is also as per our parents’ professions and some as per car-pool or nanny available throughout the week.

Hope everyone respects each of their own family’s priorities and lifestyle choices without imposing on any family personal lifestyle or dietary restriction. We are global nri-multi country multi-generational families and there is a reason we do what we do.

Fun facts, we have collectively or individually never worked for anybody other than Grace And Grooves Corp By Hetal Nagaraj.
Our other assigments are volunteers exclusively for NJHS or are often school work and we have most of times worked at tutoring centers or at juice/tea centers or at times investors G2DanceFactorybythesettys. All of these are usually local or nationalized chain from which we have received very happy professional feedback(thank you) and our clients are very happy with our all type of work.
Be it performing arts or be it at food chains. Our bosses love us and often call us “well disciplined sweet kids with goals in life” and on paper. Some of our previous work places are friends till date.

We usually work on 1099 and never on cash because our parents do not allow us to work on cash. For smaller work less than 100$, we sometimes work in cash for Grace And Grooves Corp By Hetal Nagaraj only and it is paid usually to parents. We never solicit any $$$ directly.
We are school/college kids and so we cannot do more hours or any work that does not have schedule or are "unregistered businesses" because of studies and safety. Dates/Timings are required well in advance for every activity because we have taken extremely difficult courses and we cannot spend more time than few assigned hours.
We do not work on online systems or our work is manual or in person and is always directly under Hetal Joshi M - USA/America.
As Elites, we are not allowed to work under anybody else other than Hetal Nagaraj Dance-International, Hetal Joshi M - USA/America, Hetal Nagaraj and this is for anything.
It is number 1 rule in Grace And Grooves Corp By Hetal Nagaraj.
