Losing weight got SO much easier for me when I stopped trying to make every meal “healthy” and started making my meals higher protein instead.
That’s literally the whole reason I’m able to stay consistent.
Because realistically…
I’m not trying to survive off plain chicken and broccoli all summer 😭
I want burger bowls.
I want poke bowls.
I want snacks that actually taste good.
So if I wanted to lose 10 pounds before summer, this is the exact blueprint I’d follow:
✔ 25-40g protein per meal
✔ meals I actually enjoy
✔ simple grocery staples
✔ high protein snacks
✔ repeating meals instead of winging it every day
The biggest mistake I see women make is overcomplicating fat loss when consistency matters WAY more.
Save this for your next grocery run 🫶🏼

Monday hit… and my girls didn’t wait for motivation. 👏🏼
They meal prepped.
They got their steps in.
They showed up tired.
They tracked instead of “starting over next week.”
They stayed locked in even when life got chaotic.
THAT is why their bodies changed. 🔥
Not detox teas.
Not starving.
Not a “summer shred.”
Just consistency, accountability, structure, and learning how to actually sustain this lifestyle.
Summer is HERE.
The excuses gotta go.
Because the women in these photos?
They were busy moms.
Shift workers.
Women who “never had time.”
Women who thought their metabolism was broken.
Women who started uncomfortable, insecure, and overwhelmed.
Now look at them. 👀
So the question is…
My clients are locked in for summer.
What about you? 👙☀️
DM me “SLAY” if you’re ready to quit starting over every Monday and finally transform for real.
Blessed ❤️
My little gym buddy keeps growing 🥹
💕🙏🏼❤️
Normalize relationships where staying active together is part of the lifestyle ❤️
Locked in since day 1
“Tomorrow I’m gonna start.”
“I’ll go after work.”
“I’m gonna wake up early tomorrow.”
And then tomorrow comes…
you’re tired, overstimulated, mentally drained, the kids need something, work ran late, you “deserve a break,” and suddenly it’s pushed off again.
Weeks turn into months.
Months turn into years.
And the hardest part?
It’s not that you don’t WANT to change.
It’s that you’ve trained yourself to only move when you feel motivated.
Meanwhile discipline looks like this.
Showing up when you’re exhausted.
Showing up after work anyway.
Showing up when the bed feels better.
Showing up when you don’t feel confident yet.
Because the women who actually transform their bodies aren’t magically more motivated than you.
They just stopped waiting to “feel like it.” 🔥 AND THEY DM OR COMMENT “SLAY” and let me build the whole program for them 😏

Postpartum rage, exhaustion, 12 hour shifts, breastfeeding, taking care of everyone except yourself… this is for my military and first responder moms. 🤍
This client came to me only 1 month postpartum. She’s an Air Force EMT and like so many women in EMS, military, law enforcement, nursing, and firefighting, she was used to putting herself last while constantly showing up for everyone else.
When she joined, her goals were to:
• lose weight
• tone up
• get her waist back
• improve her mental health
• build a routine she could actually stick to postpartum
She even said in her consultation form that having a workout routine helps her mental health, and honestly… I hear that from SO many women in high stress careers.
Since starting, she’s gone from:
✨ 36” waist → 33” waist
✨ 174 lbs → 167.5 lbs
But the biggest transformation wasn’t just physical.
She’s rebuilding confidence, structure, consistency, and finally pouring back into herself during one of the hardest seasons of life.
And no, this wasn’t done through starving herself, cutting out everything she loves, or doing hours of cardio.
We focused on:
• simple structure
• sustainable nutrition
• accountability
• realistic workouts that fit her real life
As a former firefighter/paramedic myself, helping women in these careers heal their relationship with fitness and finally feel strong again is personal to me.
Because I know what it feels like to live in survival mode.
So if you’re a postpartum mom in military, EMS, nursing, law enforcement, dispatch, or another high stress career feeling disconnected from yourself after kids…
Your body is not ruined.
You do not need to “bounce back.”
You just need the right support and structure. 🤍
If you’re ready to finally have a plan that fits YOUR life and helps you feel like yourself again, apply at the link in my bio or comment “SLAY” and I’ll reach out to you personally. ✨
