It’s been a while!

I promise I’ll get back to relevant content soon. Im going to start creating my next Piecemeal course next week. The topic? Well, you’ll just have to stay tuned to find out. Hehe

I kind of got sidetracked and haven’t posted in a few days. It’s been an amazing week at this resort (my Sister-in-law’s house in AZ). We’re on another road trip back home now. We’ll see what adventure lies ahead on this leg of the journey.

Happy Birthday, Zoey! She’s 3 years old today. It’s hard to describe the joy this little girl has added to our family. She’s celebrating over in Japan. It won’t be long before we see her in person again. I can’t wait!

I am so proud of this young woman. She’s currently serving as a member of the U S Navy in Japan. She makes things happen as a wife and mother two. Today we celebrate her 27th birthday. It’s already tomorrow in Japan so technically I’m late. Happy Birthday, Riah! I love you and I’m so proud of the woman you’ve become!

The Grand Canyon is one of those things in the world that just can’t be captured in a picture. I mean you can take a picture and the picture may be really cool but it won’t show what you feel when you look out over the massiveness of this place. It’s one of those things you can’t really describe to someone. You just have to see it for yourself. Seriously, everyone should see it at least once. More adventures to come!

Route 66 road trip! We started our vacation today and we’ve got a two day road trip ending at the Grand Canyon. There’s some weird and awesome stuff to see along the way. Like these cars half buried in the ground at Cadillac Ranch outside Amarillo, Texas. We’re leaving our mark

I’ve been enjoying my work-from-home lunches on the patio the last few days. This giant patio umbrella is great and lets me enjoy the awesomeness of the sunshine without getting cooked!
