5 yard Tire flip
Round 2:
15 wide push-ups
15regular push-ups
8 yard Tire flip

12 wide push-ups
12 regular push-ups
10 yard Tire flip
Round 4:
10 wide push-ups
10 regular push-ups
12 yard Tire flip
Incline push-up to burnout
Decline push-up to burnout
Finish with tire:
2 x 20 Kneeling overhead press
2 x 20 chest press
