All aspects of the game are covered, from basic skills to advanced concepts. The training session consists of an hour of INTENSIVE skills work. The program is created for each player to have ball at their feet at all times, maximizing touches on the ball, and developing CONFIDENCE with the ball. (Intensity and Match Speed Skills)
