Being parents who each work full time jobs, hanging out just the two of us is rare. Tuesday’s we have “day dates” since he works from home and it’s my day off. Visiting different coffee shops (or in this case a SB reserve) and running errands have never been this fun!!

I gave into Fall and made my first “Fall inspired” breakfast. Apple Cinnamon Sweet Potato Hash and two sunny side up eggs 🍳🍎 This was all thanks to my 5 year old. We were cooking together and she suggested an apple and thankfully it worked out lol.

Fall is the season in which my Husband and I began to fall in love nearly 8 years ago... 🍂 I’ve been so wrapped up with life in general that I didn’t realize Summer was officially over until I came across these pumpkins. So in this case, I stopped and smelled the pumpkins ✨

Yesterday we went shopping and tried on all the makeup while sipping our favorite protein smoothie from . These moments are what I wished for when she was a wee baby in my womb. Can’t wait for our nail appointment 🧖🏼‍♀️✨

Oh I’m just sitting here remembering when the sun actually shined 😅 Happy first day of Autumn everyone... time to get my out!! 🌧

Double posting: “3 eggs?” -Husband. Yes boo, I was extra hungry after my run today. I’ve got my favorite thin slice topped with kale pesto hummus and eggs all on a bed of spinach/arugula mix and a sprinkle of thyme (I’ve always got time for thyme) 🤤

You guys... MY BEST FRIEND IS ENGAGED. From playing dress up and taking silly pictures in my room, to screaming “secret AGENT MAN” in the school hallways, and getting separated in class for talking too much to coming to my home 3 hours after I’d given birth with a home cooked meal and holding our freshly born baby boy. Tess Ellen Embrey is engaged to the love of her life and I’m beyond elated. Congratulations and , I love you both so much 💖💍

Two sunny side up eggs on a bed of spinach leaves. Drizzled in top is the Apple Thyme dressing. This dressing was so delicious and the most natural and cleanest dressing I’ve ever used. 🍳🍃
