The program consists of weekly changing Sports Performance Challenges. The sixth week are the Shed & Shred Games and Fitness Challenge.
Shed & Shred is the complete fitness program that fuses together Multi-Sport-Cross-Training (MSCT) and High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT) in cycles to reach higher athletic performance bench marks and your best body ever! Unlimited Sessions during the Fitness Cycle. Included with the program are nutritional packet, cardio plan, and fitness assessment.
