Memorial Day at CrossFit Rowlett was one for the books 🇺🇸 We’re grateful for the opportunity to come together, honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice, and push through the Murph workout side by side. From the sweat and hard work to the cookout, laughs, and time spent together afterward, it was an awesome day all around. Huge shoutout to everyone who showed up, gave their best effort, and helped make the day special. Thank you all for being part of such an incredible community ❤️

One week into our HYROX training program and the energy has already been incredible. From building endurance and strength to improving overall conditioning, hybrid-style training pushes you to become a more well-rounded athlete both inside and outside the gym. Whether your goal is performance, fat loss, confidence, or simply proving to yourself you can do hard things, this style of training delivers. Whether he’s traveling, enjoying a great dinner, or cheering on his son dominating on the baseball field, he always brings good energy wherever he goes.
