The perfect watch partnership for the Cadillac Formula 1 Team might not be so obvious. 🤔 🇺🇲 🏁
TIMEX & Cadillac F1: Mass Market vs. Niche Market — Away We Geaux
When we think F1 and watches, we think luxury brands: Rolex, Richard Mille, IWC, TAG Heuer. Watches and Formula 1 have been intertwined for decades, and the relationship makes obvious sense; both are built around precision, engineering, performance, and luxury. Cadillac doesn't currently have an of

You've probably seen his work, even if you don't know his name.
LeRoy Neiman became one of the most influential sports artists in American history, capturing the Olympics, iconic boxing matches, the Masters, and the Kentucky Derby with his unmistakable brushstrokes and vibrant color.
But what many Formula 1 fans don't realize is that Neiman also helped define the look and feel of F1's American era in the 1980s.
His paintings didn't just capture the races—they captured what it felt like to be there.
When Artists Dominated F1 Marketing — Away We Geaux
Neiman: The Man Who Captured the Essence of Formula 1 Long before social media graphics and digital artwork defined Formula 1 weekends, the sports world was primarily analog. Videographers and photographers relied on actual film, broadcasts were seldom live, and life just moved a little slower. The

Lewis Hamilton continues to elevate himself into elite categories. His win with Ferrari in Barcelona put him into a very small club of top-tier F1 drivers, winning now with not one, not two, but three different teams. Being one of 16 drivers to achieve this throughout F1's 75+ year history.
Lewis Hamilton and the 2% Club — Away We Geaux
On Sunday, June 14th, 2026, Lewis Hamilton took the checkered flag at the Barcelona Grand Prix, driving for Scuderia Ferrari. This victory was not just another win; it marked his record-setting 106th in Formula 1 and added Ferrari to his list of teams for which he has won a grand prix, bringing the

Is Adaptability more difficult than dominance?
Adaptability: The Modern Standard of Greatness — Away We Geaux
Athletes and players have always moved from team to team, but in the modern era of sports, it has become increasingly common for players to switch teams a few times during their careers. While it's almost always a fan-favorite, heartfelt situation, the idea of a player staying in one environment for

Lewis Hamilton now leads his teammate Charles Leclerc by 15 points, following his back-to-back podium finishes in Canada and Monaco. We're entering a series of circuits where Lewis Hamilton holds all the records. Should Charles be worried?
Is it still the LeClerc “era”? — Away We Geaux
Titles don’t solely define legacy in Formula 1; it's also about the distance between expectations and outcomes. Charles Leclerc joined Ferrari as the team's promising future, the long-term solution, positioned to lead the way into a post-Hamilton era. In contrast, Lewis Hamilton was seen as a shor...

Lewis Hamilton has always been one of my favorite drivers. I want him to be successful on the track—his back-to-back second-place finishes prove that he still is—but I also want him to be happy in life. These two things don’t have to be mutually exclusive.
Recently, Lewis has attracted attention due to rumors about his relationship with Kim Kardashian. However, those rumors were put to rest when Kim made her first appearance on the Monaco Grand Prix grid. She maintained a relatively low profile throughout the weekend—about as much as any global icon can.
In the eyes of the Formula 1 world, there was one small cultural misstep: she didn't speak with Martin Brundle during the pre-race grid walk. This isn’t about celebrity, public relations, or entitlement. It’s about culture—being a guest in someone else’s world and understanding that in Formula 1, respect is often earned through quiet, human moments rather than through headlines.
I've written about why Martin matters and why moments like these carry more weight than they might seem. If this message reaches anyone in Kim's circle, here's a small piece of advice: next time, take a moment to talk to Martin. Doing so will surely win over the hearts of many dedicated F1 fans.
Why Martin Matters — Away We Geaux
Every culture, whether it's a country, a family, or a sport, has its own unspoken rules. When we travel, we instinctively adjust our behavior; we might be more reserved at a historic landmark or remove our shoes when entering someone's home. As guests, we typically listen more than we speak. Not bec
