Hello everyone! Recently I had an injury to my ankle and have not been able to work out until this week, so of course im ready to trim down for some late summer fun in the sun! Great way to start that off is with breakfast, now I dont want too many carbs in my meals so I started off with 4 egg whites, 1 yolk and about a half of a green bell pepper! Very light but filling meal thats low calorie and gives me a great jump on the hour workout im about to do! Check back later this week for some more great tips on healthy nutrition!!!

Exercise tip of the day-
What is the #1 thing EVERY person wants to work on or change when in the gym??? Their STOMACH!!!! So anytime doing any chest, back, arm or leg exercises. Really focus on your abdomen and keep it contracted to maintain good posture and also eliminate any swaying in the body. If you do this while working every other body part, that's also a lot of work that your stomach did without even isolating it!!!
