Leg day tip 🦵
After a heavy leg session, skip the cardio—at least anything that taxes your legs like running or the stair master. Your muscles need time to recover, not more stress.
Instead, focus on recovery:
🍗 Get protein in ASAP to kickstart muscle repair
🍠 Refuel with healthy carbs to restore energy
🥬 Add some greens to help with digestion
Rest, refuel, repeat. Your legs will thank you.

Eating clean can be simple and still tasty 💪 93% lean beef, 2 oz sweet peas, 3 oz mixed veggies, and 2.5 oz cooked white rice. It’s meals like this that keep you on track.
The goal? Be better than yesterday 🎯

Lately, I’ve been enjoying life a little too much 🍣🍜🍕🍔 — saying yes to more food, more fun, and maybe a few too many “I’ll start again Monday” moments.
The upside? My strength has shot up thanks to consistent hypertrophy training 💪
The downside? So has the number on the scale — tipping my all-time high at 225 lbs.
Time to shift gears. Back to discipline. Back to consistency. Back to making choices that serve my goals.
Today’s fuel: protein yoghurt topped with cranberries and pomegranate — simple, clean, and packed with nutrients 🔥
