Crazy tornado weather has caused a lot of damage in the area!
The Arena is closed for riding today. Please do not attempt to ride in the arena, even though it looks safe. There is a lot of debris that blew in and metal that broke off of surrounding buildings on the property, so for the safety of everyone and the horses, we kindly ask that you wait until tomorrow afternoon to try to ride.
We have removed all of the debris from the pastures and paddocks, and as a precaution, have moved most horses into the main stable through the storms coming again tonight.
If anyone was affected by the tornadoes and need a dry place for your horse(s), please text me at 469.744.3331 or 214.680.7779 and we will see how we can help!
Also, please keep Pedro and his family in your thoughts. The tornadic activity did substantial damage to his home and property, and he is working hard to get some temporary roofing on his home to protect it before more storms come tonight.

Rainy Day Project #34... Phase 2 of the Arena Leveling Project is complete! The arena is no longer a bowl, but is wonderfully level, and after Phase 3 next week, the corners will be level as well and we will be ready to start holding events again!

Congratulations to Shine for delivering her first foal in the early hours this morning! Great job! What a spunky, adorable little (not so little!) filly you have!

Wow! What a great 1st week of officially being open for Arena Riding! Thank you to all that hauled in and rode with us!
We learned a few things this past week, and are going to make some adjustments to help smooth out the kinks!
1. Limit on riders at any time will be 6. 4 riders is optimal, but we understand family dynamics play a role here.
2. We are working on a map to show alternate places to tie-up extra horses that are being worked (when other riders are present).
3. Text inquiries have been abundant! But there is lots of work being done on the ranch right now, and my response time is lacking at certain points in the day!
