I thought about competing last year without any guidance (Stubborn). I was so eagerly to prep for a competition and I wasn't even stage ready nor had the physique to become the top 5. All I did was cutt for 6months, the worst decision ever. I learned my lesson, stop being arrogant, listen, and learn. I'm under a trainer that's also an competitor that won 1st place multiple times and he's working on his Pro card. My cousin( ) and I am also apart of the .
and they are also helping me as well along the way. Right now, I'm finally doing it the right way. I am still nervous, but surrounded by great individuals. Moral of the story, if you don't know something just ask.

6'2 and 251lbs.
As of july 9th, I will detox for a month then back to bulking for another 3months. Competition is in 22 weeks and I have to get ready to cutt for 6weeks of a strict clean diet. I will have to work out 7 days a week and prepare myself for that day. I'm not a person that likes to be the center of attention, but I have enough motivation to pull this off.

Meal prep sunday.
1.2 lbs 4 cups a day 4 cups a day and course some sauce but not in high fructose or sugar condiments. Total calories intake is 1892 calories consist of 210 g of protein, 218 grams of carbs, 11 grams of fat.

I purposely cut my meal in half due to cutting process I'm trying out. I like to jot down ideas on paper and put them to the test when meal prepping to success on my journey.
