Props are really useful tools for your yoga practice.
Some props typically used are:
Yoga blocks, bolster, yoga straps
(don't worry, you can make substitutions with items you have readily available)
In my movement practices we also will use different size balls to roll on, cut down foam pool noodle, and a "noodle ball" which i s 6 tennis balls in a knee high sock.
