It happens all the time! Athletes who use Rack Row for heavy rows go off to college and can’t maintain the strength they built with heavy rows!
If you run a weight room, make sure you treat your rows like bench press & squat: heavy, consistent, progressive overload. Inverted rows & dumbell rows just don’t cut it!
