The Pasadena Performance Center is proud to announce that the first ever Certified DDPY Instructor in the state of Texas will be joining us for the DDPY Texas Roundup! Ya'll give a warm welcome to Kristal Blanchone!
In 2014 Kristal Blanchone became the first DDPY Level 1 instructor in Texas and the fourth woman worldwide. She earned Level 2 certification in early 2018. "I’ve been a fitness professional since 2001 and stumbled across DDP YOGA while looking for something new/fun for a client with flexibility issues. Of course I had to try it before I recommended it and I was instantly hooked. After years of beating myself up in the gym and having to work around a sore knee here or a tweaked shoulder there, I suddenly found myself completely pain free and I was noticing fantastic increases in my own strength and flexibility. Ultimately, I knew I had to share DDP Yoga with others. Not only is DDP Yoga a great workout, it’s a great lifestyle and a great family. I’m so proud to be a part of it!”
DDPY Warriors from all over the great state of Texas will come riding into the Houston area to gather at the Pasadena Performance Center for three days of motivational, inspirational, nutritional and fitness presentations along with PLENTY of DDPY workouts!
Certified Instructors and Certified Instructors-in-Training will be on hand, so each workout will be unique and the POSITIVITY will be flowing!
