Many of you know that last year, I decided to take a (calculated) leap of faith, and become a full time business owner. I left the security of my steady paycheck and benefits to take a chance on myself.

Obviously, this decision did not come lightly. With my husband's blessing and support, I got very serious and started working on my mind to create a paradigm shift.

In my journey, I came across a few people who I listened to day in and day out who helped to shape my mind, my goals, and determine what steps I should take next.

One of those people is Peter J. Voogd. He really helped me to see and understand entrepreneurship in a completely different light. Since then, I have become a part of his prestigious Game Changers Academy where he has become a mentor and introduced us to some of the biggest millionaires in the world.

I remember the day I took the picture on my left. It was my sweet girl’s very 1st birthday. I was a year postpartum and still feeling pregnant. Sluggish, depressed, embarrassed about how I had let myself go. I had to force myself to take a picture on this day. I didn’t want any physical evidence of how my weight had gotten out of hand.
I took the picture, because I decided making memories with my daughter was what was most important that day.

Disgusted in how I felt, and sad that I even had to contemplate taking pictures at my daughter’s first birthday, I made a decision. I decided that I NEEDED to get back to my former self. I needed my confidence back. I needed my happiness. I needed to feel AMAZING again.

I made a decision. I stayed dedicated and disciplined. Even when I was the only one seeing results. Even during the pandemic when it was so easy to sit home and eat and drink wine all day. I decided I wanted to come out of the pandemic better that when I went in. I stayed on my meal plan and worked out everyday in a house with 2 chaotic children.

I set a goal and focused on it. Almost a year later, I am 47 lbs down!!!!! I am enjoying my journey and having a BLAST rediscovering myself.

I still have a good amount to lose, but I am hella proud of my progress! If you have a goal....Zone in on it! Be relentless! Be dedicated! If you push yourself to just be ONE percent better everyday, at the end of the year, you will be 365% better!

Don’t accept “no” or “I can’t” for an answer. YOU GOT THIS!!!!

On every weight loss journey I’ve been through, I always get asked the question...”What are you doing to get those results?!” The answer is always (in some form or another)...”Hard work and consistency.”

People want to hear that there is a magic pill of some sort that will allow you to keep unhealthy habits and still look like a fitness model.

Truth is, when you get fed up and ready for a change, you are your own motivation. Im always here to coach you through it if you need external motivation on your side as well!

A small amount of progress every is better than no progress everyday.
