Engage the people in good energy and dance ✔ promote my performing artists music and talent ✔ interactive Cultural exchange ✔ but Most Importantly showcase my ladies wellness progress with Confidence promoting presentations as many walked into our Fluffy-N-Fitness sessions never imagining they would one day be performing and Inspiring others to Get UP and Move! The Fluffy-N-Fitness show out crew has showcased at numerous events over the years nationwide and we always come with our over the top Energy, Smiles and Positive Vibes while showing how we Fun in Fitness!
Our Show out crew features our Inspiration Sources that attend weekly Fluffy-N-Fitness classes! Each participant is the example of Confidence, Accomplishment and Empowerment! All are welcome to join the team, link any Fluffy-N-Fitness representative!
