A reminder for anyone pushing past challenge and difficulty right now.

Something we say to ourselves all the time is “just keep going.” Tough workouts, late nights working, or just a case of the Monday’s—“just keep going.”
-
If you have to change pace, change your pace. Slow down for a few minutes, hours, days—but keep going, because you ARE getting there, and you will make it. But the ONLY way to make it IS to keep going.

Y’all…it’s GO TIME. We’re 6 months deep into 2021. After 2020, nothing feels the same, but we need to hold ourselves accountable to pushing ourselves to do better, to level up and go higher.

If you had plans and goals to do something this year, do it! Do it for yourself, because you said you would.

We still have time, but something about hitting that halfway mark puts a lil fire under us 🔥

Most people have more time in a day than they think! The difference between people that get everything done and the people that don’t is a SCHEDULE! 1. 🗓 Determine how much time free time you have in your typical day by working through your schedule and including everything you want to accomplish in a day.
2. 🧐 Using your schedule, decide the best time of day for you to work out based on availability and preference.
3. 🏋🏾Decide WHERE you want to work out (gym, home, outside, etc.)
4. ✅ Do it!
