On a recent hiking adventure, we were talking about changes our bodies experience in perimenopause and the importance of fueling properly and building strength for health and longevity.
🔹In perimenopause, your body is asking for support that it didn’t need in your 20s or early 30s. In this phase of life, It’s not about pushing harder or doing more cardio.
🔹It’s about learning how to support your body differently — with strength, intention, and the right kind of training.
