At 71, she asked a simple question:
“How do you want to age?”
Today, Emmy is facing one of life’s biggest challenges—a battle with cancer.
Yet she’s still choosing movement.
Still choosing hope.
Still choosing to live each day with courage.
That doesn’t mean every day is easy.
It means she refuses to let one diagnosis define who she is.
No matter where you are in life, Emmy reminds us that strength isn’t just measured by the weight we lift…
Sometimes it’s measured by the determination to keep going.
Please join us in sending Emmy your prayers, encouragement, and best wishes as she continues her fight. ❤️

A CLASSIC Aging Evolution Photo… and one we’ll never get tired of sharing.
This picture was taken several years ago, but the message is just as POWERFUL today.
Pete Hartnett, Steve Taylor, and Monica Steiner were all in their late 50s and early 60s when this photo was taken.
No one is saying everyone should look like this or can come close to looking like this at their age.
But it proves something we strongly believe at Aging Evolution…
Age does not automatically determine what your body is capable of.
With consistent training, proper nutrition, and healthy daily habits, we can all become stronger, healthier, and more capable than most people think.
The goal isn’t to compare ourselves to someone else…
The goal is simply to become the healthiest version of ourselves.
What’s one healthy habit you’ve adopted that’s made the biggest difference as you’ve got? Let us know in the comments.
