Some people might think I’m crazy for waking up every morning at 4:15 AM, it’s only really hard for the first week. But I think it’s all about perspective, when you recognize how blessed you are to be able to get up and to run, lift and exercise. There are people around us that would do so much to be able to do these things that we take for granted. So instead of complain about being tired after 5 snoozes, do something! And we only get one body, so I truly enjoy my workouts and the abilities that I’ve been blessed with. And this gym has certainly been a catalyst.
