A couple of things have come up recently, so I wanted to address them:

1) The only forms of electronic payments that are set up and accepted are Zelle, Venmo or through the APA app. I do not accept Cash App, nor have I ever set it up for HHAPA. Paying through the APA scorekeeper app is preferred as it documents everything needed and I am charged any processing fees, not you all.
2) Elec Payments should be made the night you play or at the latest by Saturday at Noon. Include this information: Team name or Team #, date of scheduled match. Not trying to be difficult by I run the reports once per week and transfer the information to your team excel sheets.
3) Makeup matches. Please make arrangements for the makeup and document it either by the app or by texts. That way you have something to back up who gets the forfeit points if it becomes necessary. Makeups should be done within two weeks and makeups are not allowed the last two weeks of session except for an extreme circumstance and only with office approval.

And STAY SAFE & COOL. It's been an oven for past few months.

With all the tournaments and copying spreadsheets between laptop and home computer, I missed a few electronic payments. One of the reasons I LOVE electronic payments is that it is easy to track and rectify. So if if yours looks off, don't hesitate to reach out please. Yes I make mistakes, I own it and no one lost bonus points. Please keep in mind that helps a ton if you don't pay through the app. I need the team name and number and scheduled match date to make sure it goes to the appropriate week and team. Thanks!

Congrats to Last Shot for winning the Destination Tournament and takin 4k for their trip

Congratulations to our 1st Annual World Qualifiers. Two teams from each format will be headed to Vegas in August to compete in The World's Largest Pool Tournament.

Everyone who played for the past two tough weekends played their hearts out. Proud of them all!

Destination Tournament June 27th: 8 teams, 2 pools.
Pool A: FAFO, Rage Baiters, Outkasts, Texas Shooters.
Pool B: Seal Team 8, Rockin Rebels, Last Shot, Made from Scratch.
