🏇 Race Recap: Yesterday at Oaklawn Park, in Race 1, Saranac Lake gave a valiant effort! Saranac went a mile and 1/16 on the dirt in a claiming race, battled hard in a tight pack. She drew the 4-hole, with jockey David Cabrera aboard and owned by Jeffrey Hoffman. After she took aim she secured a solid third-place finish! Keep an eye out—this rising star has more to come! ✨

What an incredible day at Sam Houston Race Park! In race number 4, The Cajun Gatsby delivered a spectacular performance, winning the claiming race going a mile on the turf! Huge congratulations to owner Dennis Malone and our fabulous jockey Ernesto Valdez-Jimenez for a flawless ride. Watch out—this horse is going places!

What an absolute thrill at Delta Downs today! In Race #5, our very own Wildcat Country broke his maiden in a maiden claiming race going five furlongs on the dirt! 🏆 With the talented Javier Antonio Hernandez in the saddle, Wildcat Country led the pack of eight and held them off to secure the win! Huge congratulations to Champion Racing Stables and K&K Racing Stables on this fantastic achievement!

Thrilled with Regal Rumor’s performance today at Sam Houston Race Park! We tackled the 5 furlongs on the dirt in a starter optional claiming race. With Ernesto Valdez Jimenez in the saddle, Regal Rumor hit the board with a strong finish. Huge thanks to JZ Racing Stables for their continued support! Looking forward to more victories ahead!

What an exhilarating night at Sam Houston Race Park! In Race #4, we witnessed another stunning victory with Bling It To Me, who soared to the top in that 5 furlongs allowance race for a $34,500 purse! Huge congratulations to owner Jerry Chapman and our talented jockey Ernesto Valdez Jimenez for the fantastic ride! The energy is high, and we’re just getting started—more races and excitement to come!

🏇✨ What a thrilling Saturday at the races!

In Race #5, Stewball delivered a heart-pounding victory to win the Brice Matthews Turf Mile! Owned by K&K Racing Stables and expertly ridden by Ernesto Valdez Jimenez, Stewball made a powerful move at the top of the stretch and dug in deep to get the win right on the wire.

It made the moment even more special having Kenny Adams, his wife, and friends there to celebrate, along with meeting Brice Matthews from the Houston Astros — who was incredibly kind and gracious. What a fun and memorable day for everyone involved!

🎉 What an exciting Friday (1/9) at the races! 🏇 We had 6 amazing horses in action, and we hit the board with 5 of them!

In Race #5, Miss Tappy Tone took an impressive 2nd place for Mr. Jeff Hoffman, with Ernesto Valdez Jimenez in the saddle. 🌟 Also, La Moreno secured 3rd place for Camacho, ridden by Rene Diaz. This race was a 7 1/2 furlong turf event for fillies and mares aged three and upwards.

In Race #6, Wishful Winker placed for JZ Racing, with Santos Rivera up. And in 3rd place for Race #6, we had Last Pick for Champion Racing Stables and Tony Faulk, also ridden by Ernesto Valdez Jimenez. This race was a 5 1/2 furlongs maiden claiming event.

And in Race #7, Utsira brought home the show for Champion Racing Stables, with Ernesto Valdez Jimenez once again aboard. This was a claiming race going a mile and one-sixteenth on the dirt, with a purse of $17,000.
