Support for Red Oak High School Swim team We look forward to Swim season all year. Our team is so close, like a family. It is the best of both worlds.
They have each other’s backs and help each other when it comes to swimming and life. Everyone has a personal goal to improve their strokes, cut their times, or beat a certain competitor, but they also have a team goal where they work together to gain points and swim relays. Meet Maddie Hooper, fifth-grade teacher at Wooden Elementary! Maddie graduated from Red Oak High School in 2009 and has worked for the district for nine years.
"I moved back to the DFW after I finished college and wanted to give back to the district that guided me to to be the successful adult I am today," says Maddie. "I enjoy the people that I work with each day. Knowing I have a team and principal that always support me makes coming to school not feel like a job. The people I work with make Red Oak ISD a great place to work. It's a privilege to work with teachers who have kid's best interest at heart."
