One Heck of a Fun Raiser I started hosting the event nine years ago and I guarantee it’s not like any other golf tournament you’ve ever been to.
I named it after the famed golfer Ben Hogan’s alter ego. Henny Bogan represents his lighter side, and we’re all about keeping things light. I like to say my goal for the tournament is to turn my lowlife golf-loving friends into fundraising maniac heroes, and I think I’ve done a pretty good job with that! At 567 feet, it is the world's tallest masonry column and is almost 13 feet taller than the Washington Monument. the Monument is topped with a 220 ton star. The monument commemorates the site of the battle of San Jacinto, the decisive battle of the Texas Revolution.
