When you know there's more to life....Life Coaching for the woman who is ready to reclaim her place Hi! Being a woman today doesn't feel easy.

I'm Jill Keuth, a former marketing director turned mom and life coach. My mission is to help women rediscover their true selves; the person she has always been but somehow feels like she's lost her along the way. This deep inner work allows her to feel more joy, purpose and empowerment in her day-to-day life. If you have ever felt like you’ve lost a sense of who you are or lost your sense of purpo

2025 has been a year of the in-between.

Before we are fully out of 2025 and on to 2026, I’m running a free end-of-year workshop this Wednesday to hold space for us to move forward with wisdom, confidence, and clarity. ✨

For many of us, along with the highs and lows, the celebrations and losses, 2025 held a sense of no longer being who we were… yet not yet clear about what’s next.

The in-between creates uncertainty, and most of us don’t love not knowing. We search for answers. We want clarity. We feel safer when we have a plan.

And during these days between the holidays and the new year, that feeling can be especially pronounced. It’s no longer the rush of the holidays, but not quite the beginning of something new either.

As this year comes to a close, it’s easy to rush straight into what’s next: new goals, new plans, new intentions. Planning can feel grounding. Direction is helpful.

However, when we move too quickly, we skip over one of the most essential parts of our journey: reflection and integration.

When we don’t take time to reflect on what we’ve lived through and learned, we miss the wisdom that helps us become who we are meant to be.

Before you fully face forward with your goals, intentions, and hopes for 2026, I invite you to pause with me and reflect on your 2025. ✨

I’m hosting a free, live, guided year-end workshop for women where we’ll slow down together, reflect on what this year held, gently release what no longer serves, and connect with who we are becoming.

This is not about resolutions or productivity. It’s about honoring your lived experience and creating space for self-trust before the new year begins. ✨

Wednesday, December 31
9:00 am MT / 10:00 AM CT
Live on Zoom

If you’d like to join us, comment with a ✨, and I’ll send you the details.

*The call will be recorded and I’m happy to share the recording. Comment ✨ or DM me.

It’s been a while since I’ve offered a workshop. Lord knows I have been in the in-between! I’m offering this bc I too desire to move into 2026 with wisdom, clarity, and confidence!

Thoughts on this blue‑sky day.

“People are hard to hate close up.” Brené Brown

We are a country of people with big hearts who care for their neighbors and families. Yes, there are outliers. I know that you are not one of them.

We each carry shadows: parts of ourselves that judge, have the capacity to dehumanize, or stray into cruelty. Left unchecked and encouraged, these dark parts of ourselves will act out.

It takes conscious choice to see the best in others. To extend generosity in our assumptions.

We all, every human living in this country, have beating hearts yearning to live safe, secure, fulfilled lives.

When we let hate take hold, when we believe our pain or problems are because of another group, we have lost our way.

Last night we saw a blue wave of Americans who showed up for humanity, for democracy, and for our children and grandchildren’s future.

The message is loud and clear:

We will not stand for cruelty and hate.

We will stand for each other.

To my fellow white women who feel afraid to speak up: I understand. Truly. Because while I have moments of courage, I, too, have been way, way too quiet. I know that many of you risk jobs, friendships, and communities.

Last night shows us there are more Americans who refuse to accept or look away from what ICE is doing in our cities. There are more Americans who are not okay with people going hungry, losing their health insurance, or losing their rights.

We have a long road ahead. Things will get worse. History shows us what the fight we have ahead may look like. Yes, it feels scary. Yes, it can feel like we are powerless.

Last night shows us that there is so much hope because so many of us are all-in on pushing back.

The only way hate wins is if we stay silent.

There’s a deeper invitation: While the future of our country requires more and more of us to speak truth to power, I call on each of us to reclaim and own our power.

As a coach, I speak truth to your power. I guide you to remember and reclaim who you are, to understand and dismantle your conditioning, and to live a life anchored in your authentic self, your unique gifts and strengths.

We are conditioned by systems of oppression (patriarchy, white supremacy), systems that told us to shrink, hide our voice, doubt our value.

We are conditioned to judge ourselves, or, even worse, feel ashamed of ourselves for not measuring up. We easily see our mistakes and find it difficult to see our innate strengths. The very strengths that this country, your work, your family, needs now more than ever.

We are conditioned to be so cruel to ourselves that even the phrase “love yourself” feels hard to hear.

If we can’t learn to trust and love ourselves, how can we trust our sense of security to be a voice for others?

So if you’re struggling, hoping someone will tell you what to do in these perilous times, here’s your invitation:

Start inside.

Explore your conditioning. Notice the voice in your head. Reclaim who you are. Reclaim what you know to be true. Let your voice emerge from that place of inner authority.

This is what I do as a coach: I help white women who are done doing all the things they think they should at the expense of their happiness, peace, and fulfilment. I help them dismantle the systems within so they can live from their own truth and power.

If you’re ready to stop shrinking and start living and leading your life from the inside out, let's have a conversation.

The time is now.

Scenes from my Saturday.

My daily walks continue to be life giving. Nature, beauty, movement, clarity, and inspired downloads. Charlie loves them too. Although at his age he prefers a little bit of walking and a whole lot of sniffing and marking his spots.

I love when it’s time to get a new journal! This one caught my eye, “You are worthy of new beginnings.” Morgan Harper Nichols.*

Transitions are confusing. I’m not the caterpillar. I’m not the bitterly. I’m the gooey substance, inside the chrysalis. I know i am not the same, there’s no going back. Chosen or chosen for me, life changes, as do I. I can’t see the into the future, I don’t know the color of my new wings, or where exactly I will fly. It’s not time quite yet.

This time next month, I will have an empty nest. There’s no avoiding the chrysalis. I will have to be in it, move through it, reimagine, become new. I will have to feel it.

I love MHN’s quote bc it keeps me facing the hope of what’s to come, reminding me that I am worthy of the possibilities that await, that I will co-create…

And as fate would have it, after my journaling, after my walk, I see this post from MHN. Right on point.

Of course, bc this is the current experience of the collective. Whether a transition from caterpillar to butterfly or full fledged forest fire burn to eventual new growth, we are all in the messy middle. In the micro and the macro.

We are made for these times. Keep walking. Keep staying curious. Keep feeling. Keep showing up.

Taking in deep breaths of gratitude.

Gratitude for my husband who brings in little bundles of joy to brighten our kitchen and hearts.

Gratitude for the simple things.
For color
For flowers
For creativity
For nature.
For love.

There are so many people hurting right now. So many people in transitions. In heartbreak, in uncertainty, in fear, worry, overwhelm, pain, stress. Maybe all of the above.

Take in a breath of gratitude.
For yourself.
And
For the ones who can’t right now.

I’m sending love, healing, and peace.
And a reminder:

Gratitude connects us to the strongest, truest, part of who we are.
To the place within where our values, morals, and courage live.

The world is requiring us to love and lead from that place. From our moral courage.

Be courageously you. ❤️🌹🌻🙌

A sneak peek of my photo shoot today.🌟

Serious times are beckoning our greatest strengths and courage.
Today, I’m leaning into mine, fully embracing the woman I am and the woman I’m becoming. ✨

I’m not the only one navigating change. We are all in transition. Transitions can leave us feeling uncertain, unclear, and unsure of what’s next.

I’ve been in this space for awhile now, waiting for the right words, right time, right audience, right action. And it’s all been fuzzy. I feel myself growing increasingly impatient and frustrated.

Here’s what I know to be True: We can’t wait until things become clear. We can’t wait until we feel ready or confident. The time to step into our power is now.

We’re living in a time that’s calling us to step into the strongest parts of ourselves. It’s about digging deep, trusting the gold of who we are, and taking bold action, no matter how imperfect it feels.

💫What has been stirring within you?
⭐️What nudges within have you been putting off or ignoring?
🌟What is your inner gold that is dying to shine?

There is no more waiting for “perfect timing.” The time is now.

I’m on the courage journey too.🙋‍♀️ Are you ready to rise with me? To tap into your gifts and purpose, and finally let yourself shine? We need you. Let’s rise together.

If you’re ready to stand in your authentic power and become who you are meant to be, reach out to book a Courage Cconsultion and I will layout the empowerment strategy designed to meet you exactly where you are and pave the way to who you are meant to be. ✨

Day 8. This beautiful bird was a little messenger of love and peace for me today. I cried leaving a message for a Colorado congressman this morning. There’s so much at stake. The combo of rage and empathy caught in my throat and it was hard for me to get my words out. Usually when I make calls, I feel weirdly scared. I can’t explain it. Either way, I’ve never once called a congress person and felt comfortable. If there’s ever a time that we have to do it anyway, it’s now. I saw how many rural hospitals will be ar risk of closire in Oklahoma if this bill is passes. (All the algorithms think I live in Oklahoma. I know that is shocking.) yes, the voters in those counties overwhelmingly voted for this administration- and they won’t be the ones by and large calling their representative- all the more reason why the people who will be hurt the most need the people like us to fight on their behalf. If you haven’t called, I hope you will, even if it feels uncomfortable.

They say that joy is a form of resistance.

So here I am enjoying my happy place and admiring my husband’s hard work.

And… The horrendous bill barely passed the senate today. Now it’s back with the house. You all! We have to call our representatives tomorrow. Trust me when I tell you, we do not want to live with the regret that we could have done something.

Download 5 Calls App. They make it so easy. You can see a screenshot in my photos.

And then there is this horrible, disgusting news out of Florida. Honest to God, you all. I cropped out the laughing faces from Fr. James Martin, Sr.’s post. I can’t have those faces on my feed. If we don’t all come together at this time… forget these stupid parties. Are we not on this planet as humans? We will have to find a way back to each other to get through all of this… it’s going to get much worse… we will need each other, as will millions and millions of our brothers and sisters.

My recipe for daily survival: Steady yourself in joy, love, and hope, and dig deep into your moral courage. This is a long game.

Be Courageously YOU! ❤️

Day 6. Today, Adam Kinzinger’s substack interview with Rich Logis caught my attention.

When asked what eventually woke him up and had him leave maga, Logis said:

“I did something that seems simple and was life-altering: I diversified my news and information sources.”

From Kizinger’s Substack:
“This week, I sat down with someone whose story might just help us understand the soul of our current political moment better than any poll, pundit, or policy proposal. Rich Logis was once deep in the heart of the MAGA movement. He wasn’t just a casual supporter—he was all in. A frequent media guest, a writer, and a self-described “true believer.” But in 2022, something changed. Rich walked away—and not just from Donald Trump, but from the entire MAGA worldview.

He didn’t just leave quietly, either. He founded Leaving MAGA, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping others break free from what he now sees as an extremist political cult. In this interview, Rich opens up about what drew him in, what finally opened his eyes, and what it really takes to help people leave that world behind. His honesty is raw, his insights are urgent, and his warnings are ones we all need to hear.

I’ve done a lot of interviews over the past few years, but this one stands out. It’s not just a story of personal change. It’s a roadmap. If we want to rebuild trust in democracy, restore shared truth, and rescue people from the grip of authoritarian politics, we need to listen to people like Rich. Please take the time to watch. Share it widely. And let me know what you think. Be sure to visit Rich’s organization at Leavingmaga.org.”

IT TAKES COURAGE TO LEAVE YOUR COMMUNITY OF PEOPLE!! We have a long road ahead of us.
In the months and years ahead, we will have to come together in courage to reimagine the future of our great nation. The work Rich Logis is doing is really important, and we can all learn from listening to him or taking a look at leavingmaga.org.

Be courageously YOU. ❤️

One week ago, I had the incredible honor of kicking off Cadence Education’s Leadership Conference in Phoenix.

Over 100 leaders gathered, each committed to creating school cultures where children feel safe, seen, and inspired to grow. The energy in the room was unforgettable.

Huge thanks to .rice for the opportunity to open this powerful event and hold space for your team to reconnect to who they are as leaders.

If you’re looking to bring energy, clarity, and authentic leadership to your next event or organization, I’d love to talk.

Let’s raise the vibe and lead from the inside out.

I saw this post by an ADHD coach today and had to laugh at how seen I felt:

“ADHD is planning your week like a CEO and executing like a raccoon in a convenience store.” 🙋‍♀️🤪

It’s honestly kind of remarkable what I’ve been able to create and accomplish, considering this post describes me to a T.

For YEARS, “stop procrastinating” was one of my New Year’s resolutions.

Now? I don’t do resolutions.

Instead, I anchor into how I want to feel and let that feeling guide me.

I use the same exercise I take my clients through:
We uncover the desired feeling calling you forward, from your Inner Wisdom or Higher Power, not your conditioned mind.

And without fail, that feeling shows up like a compass.

It guides. It reveals. It stretches me into growth.

The word that came to me last fall was clear and…dare I say, foreboding.

Oh dear, buckle up, Butter Cup.
This one is going to propel your growth in so many ways.

Steadfast.

Like a pier stretching out into the sea.
Rooted in clarity.
Holding steady in the storm and standing tall in the sunshine.

Strong. Calm. Unshakable.

Every single day brings invitations to embody steadfastness.

“Breathe, Jill.
Anchor, ground, stay present, connect to Spirit.

I am safe. We are safe.
I am okay. We are okay.
All will be okay”
(I hope it will be okay in my lifetime, but I digress).

Let’s just say… 2025 is living up to the assignment.

And isn’t it interesting that this is the year I followed the nudges and pursued ADHD medication?

It makes all the sense in the world. If I am meant to cultivate steadfastness within myself, being the squirrel in the convenience store isn’t going to fly.

What is anchoring you in 2025? How are you accessing your sense of calm in the storm?

04/02/2025

I am a sucker for hope.

The kind that liberates.
The kind that envisions what’s possible, especially when it’s hard to see.

Hope is not passive.
It’s not naïve.

Hope is a choice.

When you learn how to cultivate it, it doesn’t just change your life,

It changes how you lead, how you love, and how you show up in the world.

Hope is powerful, and when you are leading with hope, that is a strong and steady form of authentic power.
