Hi, Woodlands, Spring, Conroe friends,
Lauren here with Tranquility Yoga! I am super excited to be able to share with you the gift of yoga. A little bit about me. In January of 2025, I was laid off from my healthcare recruitment position. I could not bring myself to return to the corporate world, so I refocused and decided to pursue my passion- yoga. For the past 15 years I have been an avid practitioner and when life happened in January, I decided yoga was what I want to do. So, this past summer, I graduated with my RYT-200 from Yoga Renew specializing in vinyasa flow. To best serve my clients it is important for me to always be learning so I will be continuing my education and pursuing additional certifications in good time. I truly believe through yoga we can spread healing energy within ourselves and in turn spread love and kindness into and throughout our community. This is a safe and healing space where all levels of students are welcome. Students are encouraged to practice within their individual limits. To get started, please private message me and we can chat about rates, availability and determine a common place for us to meet up. Thank you for trusting me in guiding you through your yoga practice. It is truly an honor to serve each and every one of you. I am looking forward to meeting you on your mat!

Namaste,
Lauren Beth
