Canes SE Softball 18U - Ragsdale/Figueiredo

Please help us welcome Rachel Smucker to Canes Southeast 18U!

Rachel attends Johnson Ferry Christian Academy, where she carries a 4.0 GPA and competes in cross country and track.

In the circle, Rachel is a control-and-spin pitcher with a mid-50s fastball and a seven-pitch arsenal. We typically add a fourth pitcher heading into the spring and summer season, but we were fortunate to find such a great fit early. With all of our fall showcases using 90-minute games, Rachel’s addition will help us keep our pitching staff active, effective and well-rested throughout the season.

She’ll complement our pitchers extremely well while also giving us valuable depth in the outfield.
