Eating right after your workout
-fueling the muscles after a workout will help them replenish energy and rebuild, try to get in 20-30 grams of protein and don't forget the carbs
Hydrate with BCAAs
-BCAA supplements after a workout helps initiate muscle repair, decrease soreness, and promote protein synthesis
Recovery
-Walk and stretch - being active after workouts helps keep soreness to a minimum.
Im not great a remembering to post content, I'm going to work on that. Today was a bench day, supersetted with push ups.
