This faith-centered workshop blends liturgical praise with lyrical choreography, creating a soulful, expressive dance experience rooted in devotion and embodiment. Through guided movement, worshipful music, and intentional choreography, you’ll be invited to connect spirit, body, and emotion — allowing your dance to become prayer in motion.

No professional dance experience required — just an open heart and willingness to move. This is a safe, welcoming space for adults of all levels to explore creative expression, deepen their faith, and embody the message of the music.
